  • Maximise all sales opportunities - win valuations, mortgage appointments, conveyancing and survey instructions

  • Win property sales by obtaining, presenting and negotiating offers successfully

  • Provide great customer service to all our customers

  • Understand and work within all legislative and compliance standards

Property Valuer

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise all opportunities - win valuations, listings, mortgage appointments, home conveyancing and survey instructions

  • Provide an effective sales presentation explaining the Company’s key features and competitor differentiation to win listings

  • Value property effectively using a competitor market analysis process

  • Work all procedures and systems effectively and work within all legislative and compliance standards

  • Take responsibility for the marketing of every property listed through effective vendor management

  • Provide great customer service to all our customers
